I pumped my tires to 40 psi here last week, but my dashboard kept showing 45 psi on the drive home. I thought my tire pressure sensors were messed up. Today, I checked again with a different portable pump and finally figured it out — all the tires were actually at 45 psi ！ So yeah, be careful pumping your tires here. This thing might seriously overinflate them and potentially blow out a tire.

We came here on a roadtrip as our car got towed from having a flat tire. All other places were closed, but costco was open. We had a long day and needed to have everything patched up by the end of the day. John reassured us and walked us through the process seamlessly and professionally. Our car got patched up within the quoted timeframe. Thank you again John and team for all your help and excellent service.

Not sure what’s up with this store. It’s super attractive proposition to drop your car, shop for an hour and pick it back up. But no. There is a frustratingly long line to drop and to pick up. Like about 30 min. The front desk just has one person, who inevitably is on the phone, prioritizing the caller over the line in front of him. Also, I am not sure, but they seem to be optimized to sell tires cs maintenance tasks like patching etc. call them to ask before you drop in if they have your tires and save an hour in the line.

Dec 23, 2022. First time ever getting my car tires changed at Costco. The WORST experience ever. The ordering tires and setting up appointment was HORRIBLE and RIDICULOUS but thought might be because of the holiday season travel and staffing issues. But, the actual installation was HORRENDOUS, they actually scratched the $3000 rims, left grease all over the RIMS and actually MESSED up the bolt of a wheel that couldn't be installed. UNBELIEVABLE! Never have I ever experienced anything like this, I wasn't even there to save the $150 as my new tires already cost me $1250 even after the discount. If I had a way to know this horrible experience through any other member reviews, I would have never gone to Costco Tire Center for changing the tires. Looks like there is no way for me to prove that they actually messed up or for anyone to write reviews about the tire center on Costco website. Now, I have to spend over $1000 now to fix the mess up Costco tire center employee has left on my BMW X6 wheels. So ridiculous! Please STAY away if you have expensive wheels and go to the dealer! Tuesday 8:55am 8/2/21, I am the 1st customer walked in. No greeting for the service person. I had apt for upcoming Friday and wanted to get it done today. After letting the serviceman know the background, he then tells me, I can not change my appointment and walk-in anytime, due to my Sprinter van requirement, only specific bay can handle the size and weight of the vehicle. And put on on 1st wait list. Well it’s 9:50am now, There are 3 cars on 5 bays. No car came out in 50 minutes. Finally witnessed the first car (Siena) in at 9:05am, out by 10:16am. Over 71 minutes. It’s clear to me these crews were taking their time to work. I am taking my van back and heading to Americastire instead.
